About The Position

Levy is seeking a Concession Stand Worker to sell concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events. The role involves serving customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, resolving customer complaints, stocking locations with inventory, and performing sales transactions accurately using a point of sale system. This position also includes maintaining cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to sell concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events.
• Ability to serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Ability to interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Ability to stock location with beverage, food and snack items.
• Ability to perform sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion.
• Ability to enter sales into the point of sale to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Ability to replenish condiments and general supplies.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness of concession area.
• Ability to ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Stock location with beverage, food and snack items.
• Performs sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion. Enters sales into the point of sale to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Performs other duties such as replenishing condiments and general supplies and maintaining cleanliness concession area.
• Ensures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
