About The Position
Responsible for the successful operation of concession stand to which he/she is assigned. Leads staff.
Requirements
- Successful operation of concession stand
- Leadership of staff
- Preparation, display, and service of food and beverage products according to company standards
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating product needs or shortages
- Support of cash handling procedures and accurate use of POS systems
- Exceptional guest service and prompt addressing of guest concerns
- Maintenance of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
- Compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Training new team members on operational procedures and service expectations
- Monitoring team performance and communicating operational challenges
- Support of labor efficiency and productivity goals
- Completion of required paperwork, product counts, and stand documentation
- Fostering a positive and inclusive team environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with opening, operating, and closing concession stands during events.
- Provide leadership and direction to concession team members throughout assigned shifts.
- Ensure food and beverage products are prepared, displayed, and served according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs or shortages to supervisors.
- Support cash handling procedures and ensure accurate use of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly address guest concerns or questions.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards within the concession stand.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist with training new team members on operational procedures and service expectations.
- Monitor team performance and communicate operational challenges to supervisors.
- Support labor efficiency and productivity goals while maintaining service quality.
- Complete required paperwork, product counts, and stand documentation as needed.
