Requirements

Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and software.
Strong troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Ability to perform hardware repairs and upgrades such as RAM, storage, screens, and components.
Familiarity with software installation, system configuration, and basic networking concepts.
Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple repair tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional and friendly customer interaction skills.
Ability to pass a background check.

Experience with iOS and Android devices.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Performing precise repairs or upgrades to restore systems to optimal performance.
Installing and configuring operating systems and applications.
Managing incoming repair tickets and documenting every step.
Assisting walk-in customers with device intake.
Communicating findings and expectations with customers.
Handling data backup, transfer, or recovery.
Keeping workspace clean and efficient.
Collaborating with fellow service team members for smooth transitions between support types.
Assisting with hardware deployments on-site.
