About The Position
The Corrections Tech I reviews and corrects customer account information in Tower Loan’s computer system. This role ensures data accuracy by processing account updates, resolving errors, and supporting various mail and fraud-related tasks.
Requirements

- Highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior when handling sensitive financial information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to changing processes, technologies, and industry trends.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily corrections emails received from branches and Home Office.
- Research errors on the remit report (debit processing) and correct them.
- Monitor replication status screen daily in Tower Loan Operation System (TLOS).
- Manage fraud prevention service’s exceptions.
- Answer calls from banks to verify loan checks.
- Monitor Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processing.
- Upload mail-loan check images.
- Correct errors within mail-related loans.
- Process incoming mail from U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
