Requirements

Two years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, including facilitating information-gathering meetings, documenting business requirements, and creating business process or system flow diagrams.
Two years of experience analyzing system issues, defects, or enhancements and recommending functional or system solutions.
Two years of experience performing system testing activities, including developing test scenarios and test scripts, executing functional, integration, or user acceptance testing, and documenting test results
Two years of experience working with SAP (Systems, Applications and Products).

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP BW on HANA or BW4HANA in a functional role.
Experience in a functional role with SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on HANA, SAP S/4HANA Service Management, or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or upgrades.
Experience working in the Child Support Program using the CAMS system for reporting or data analysis.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with business processes, technical team members, contract team members and outside agencies
Analyzing existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions.
Developing system software testing strategies, scenarios, scripts, and results matrices.
Performing problem/defect analysis and testing of system functionality.
Preparing reports, presentations, issues, and options papers and gathering supporting documentation.
