About The Position

One Federal Solution is seeking a highly motivated Computer Systems Analyst to support the analysis, development, and maintenance of complex software applications and enterprise systems. The selected candidate will work independently or under limited supervision to address advanced systems-related challenges across multiple phases of systems analysis and application support. The Computer Systems Analyst will provide both technical and administrative leadership for the development, implementation, and operation of software applications, ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards and user requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing work products for accuracy, applying standard design methodologies, and ensuring compliance with organizational and customer standards. In this role, the individual will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Senior Analysts, and cross-functional teams to support effective problem resolution, maintain stakeholder satisfaction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of office systems and operational processes. The candidate will also evaluate system functionality and provide recommendations for enhancements, modernization efforts, and future development initiatives.

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in computer science
  • Four years of general experience and two years of specialized experience that is related to the duties described above and that has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the work.

Responsibilities

  • Review office needs with regard to automated systems/databases.
  • Develop applications to support program requirements.
  • Develop standard reports to meet office information needs.
  • Develop ad hoc reports on an as needed basis to meet management's information needs.
  • Review and analyze reports developed for completeness and accuracy.
  • Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals.
  • Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency and District offices, as well as other contract affiliates.
  • Provide accurate advice on matters necessary to carry out program policies.
