About The Position
Our client is seeking a Client Support Specialist for a temporary position (W2 Only) in Albany, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual. Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in NYS.
- Three (3) years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Windows 10/11 literacy
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries
- Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions
- Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries
- Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Have a keen attention to detail
