Performs technical troubleshooting by leveraging documented procedures and ensuring a high level of customer service in order to support the business and academic mission of the institution through technology. This position provides technical support for computing, networking and telecommunication problems experienced by faculty, staff and students. The incumbent assists with inquiries regarding equipment problems, software packages, operating systems, networking applications and refers inquiries to the proper technical support group.
