About The Position

The Computer Support Analyst III / Team Lead is a customer-focused technical professional providing advanced Tier III desktop and endpoint support to the University community. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with operational leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient issue resolution, and alignment with institutional technology standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of enterprise desktop and endpoint support (Windows and macOS)
  • Experience with endpoint management and deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, JAMF, MDT)
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals, IP management, and print services
  • Experience with endpoint security tools (e.g., Sophos, Spirion)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
