The Computer Aided Dispatch Administrator is responsible for executing large, complex information technology project work, from the planning phase through project close-out. This person will be tasked with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting applications in the Public Safety industry, specifically, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management Systems (RMS), and Mobile systems supporting Law Enforcement, Fire Protection Services, and Emergency Medial Services (EMS). This is a technical role that requires in-depth knowledge of and experience in software delivery and implementation.
