This role is the leader responsible for this business, owning the Northeast number, managing strategic accounts, and directing the service operation. It's a player-coach position where the individual will grow an existing book of business, convert accounts to preventive-maintenance agreements, and cross-sell with ESC services. A key objective is to grow the region to a point where new business demand requires hiring a dedicated sales representative, shifting the role's focus more towards leadership. The role involves leading and developing a team, including a sales and service coordinator, lead technician, field technicians, and an applications and engineering team.
