About The Position

CGI is seeking to hire an experienced Composition Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire, Inspire Interactive, and document composition technologies. In this role you'll work with business and technology teams to design, develop, test, and implement dynamic, data driven customer communications. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong experience in document generation, composition workflows, structured data, and enterprise communication solutions.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant development/document composition experience
Strong hands on expertise with Quadient Inspire
Strong hands on experience with Inspire Interactive
Proven experience setting up, testing, and modifying document composition workflows
Experience composing and maintaining Document Templates using Inspire Interactive
Experience defining and developing document blocks and reusable components
Experience building dynamic and data driven customer communications
Strong experience working with XML, JSON, and variable data formats
Experience with analysis, testing, peer reviews, and production deployments
Ability to troubleshoot document composition, workflow, and data integration issues
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite

Nice To Haves

Experience with print channel manufacturing and production processes
Experience with high volume document or customer communication environments
Experience working with marketing technology platforms
Understanding of enterprise print and digital communication delivery
Experience integrating document generation platforms with enterprise applications
Experience working in Agile and cross functional technology teams
Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries

Responsibilities

Set up, test, and modify primary workflows to support Document Template design using Inspire Interactive
Define and develop document blocks for reusable and dynamic customer communications
Compose Document Templates using Inspire Interactive
Design and develop customer communications using Quadient Inspire
Build, modify, and maintain dynamic, data driven document templates
Configure and enhance document composition and generation workflows
Work with XML, JSON, and multi line variable data formats
Perform analysis, development, testing, peer reviews, and production rollout of composition changes
Integrate document composition solutions with enterprise systems and data sources
Troubleshoot document generation, formatting, data, and workflow issues
Support testing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of generated communications
Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and QA teams to deliver high quality communication solutions
