The Manager of Educational Services is responsible for oversight and coordination of assessment and educational functions, including, but not limited to, curricula, assessment, technology initiatives and other educational services.

• Bachelor degree
• Ability to use independent judgment
• Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work flow

• Nursing Education backgorund preferred.(RN, BSN, etc)

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate and manage exam creation process
• Manage and conduct conference calls with faculty to assess and revise examinations
• Ensure compliance with secure assessment policy and admission testing policy
• Work collaboratively with the educational leadership and faculty to implement educational initiatives
• Audit and monitor use of educational technologies
• Train and mentor faculty and staff on instructional technologies
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
