Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 months full-time experience processing samples using laboratory equipment
Nice To Haves
- Clinical or hospital-based experience.
- Previous computer operational skills using a personal computer, laboratory system or other hospital information system.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture and label blood and blood components
- Perform routine laboratory clerical procedures and accessions
- Distribute and prepare specimens for analysis
- Dispense blood products
- Monitor and maintain blood component inventory
- Order and restock supplies
