About The Position

ImpactLife is seeking committed individuals to join their team as Component Processing Technicians. This role involves blood product manufacturing, including handling, quarantining, and discarding products, as well as managing biohazardous/chemical waste. The position also includes preparing and labeling components and assisting with inventory counts and maintenance. The company emphasizes that no prior experience is necessary, as they provide extensive on-the-job paid training. This is a Full-Time position with a schedule of 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with a holiday rotation. The role may require varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. Initial training may be conducted on 1st shift for several weeks.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalencies
Ability to read and follow set Standard Operating Procedures
Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a medical laboratory, production or manufacturing setting is preferred
