This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all third-party regulations within the assigned property/properties. It requires attention to detail, knowledge of affordable housing program regulations, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable requirements. Mileage reimbursement will be provided. This is not a remote role and can require up to 75% travel throughout the Enterprise Residential portfolio.
