Closing Coordinator (VA & MD)
About The Position
As a Closing Coordinator, you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process. You will work closely with agents, buyers, sellers and all necessary third parties to obtain all information needed for settlement. You will also provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers. The goal is to deliver a great customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process. Escrow Assistants should love a challenge and enjoy creative problem solving to keep our clients and agents happy.
Requirements
- Strong customer service background.
- Title or real estate experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of professional office experience in a client-facing position.
- Qualia and Tableau knowledge.
