About The Position

The HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting and advancing Framatome’s HR compliance programs. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and internal regulatory requirements by developing and implementing compliance processes, analyzing complex HR data, and collaborating with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Legal, and business operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving effective compliance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Familiarity with employment law regulations and Inflation Reduction Act/Davis Bacon provisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated experience organizing, analyzing, and interpreting big data
  • Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and provide solutions in ambiguous or complex environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Framatome’s HR compliance programs, processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Build strong consultative and collaborative relationships with HR Operations, Talent Management, and business leaders to support compliance needs and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and executing HR compliance strategies and best practices, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret large and complex HR data sets to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Convey findings and recommendations clearly to leadership to support compliance planning and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and interpret employment law regulations, including relevant IRA provisions, to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Manage compliance-related projects involving multiple stakeholders and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Perform assessments, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance programs.
  • Respond to and resolve compliance-related issues in complex or ambiguous situations.
