Compliance Specialist

About The Position

The Compliance Specialist assists in overseeing all aspects of the Company’s customer-facing websites, i.e ISNetworld, Avetta, and Veriforce. Duties include maintaining statistics, employee, and training data current in multiple systems. This position is also responsible for communicating with all levels of field management to ensure compliance with customer drug testing, training, license, contracts, and other compliance related demands. In addition, this position interacts with agencies such as TPS Alert, National Compliance Management Services (NCMS) & VeriSource to demonstrate the Company’s adherence to customers’ drug testing quotas and protocols.

Requirements

  • Associate degree: BS or BA preferred
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HSE, Compliance, and OSHA regulations.
  • Highly skilled.
  • Knowledge of DISA Global Solutions Third Party Drug Testing.
  • Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, TPS Alert, NCMS, VeriSource and DISA Global Solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Aggressive self-starter able to work with minimal direction.
  • Must exercise the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in oil and gas services industry preferred.
  • 3-5 years of environmental compliance experience preferred.
  • OSHA Recordkeeping experience preferred.
  • ESG planning and reporting experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with KPA (iScout), ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta, TPS Alert, NCMS and VeriSource software platform a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing all aspects of the Company’s customer facing websites.
  • Record Incidents in the Company’s Incident Tracking & Corrective Action Data Base.
  • Track completion of incident investigations and monitor completion of incident investigation corrective actions.
  • Maintain Incident Files in the Company’s Shared Drive.
  • Assist in the maintenance of OSHA 300 Logs.
  • Assist in updating HSE Programs and compliance training presentations, as needed.
  • Assist in responding to customer tender bids, compliance questionnaires, pre/post audit responses, and any other required follow-ups, as needed.
  • Track compliance with federal, state, and customer-based rules and regulations.
  • Interact with Operations, Human Resources, Risk Management, HSE, and DOT to ensure compliance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
