Requirements
- A positive, team-oriented professional who values accuracy and accountability.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Nice To Haves
- Section 42 (LIHTC) experience preferred
- HUD experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support affordable housing compliance programs, including LIHTC (Section 42) and HUD requirements.
- Review resident files and maintain accurate documentation.
- Partner with residential associates and property teams to ensure compliance success.
- Provide guidance, support, and excellent customer service.
- Assist with reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
