The Compliance Specialist (Regulatory Change & Governance) is responsible for coordinating and executing compliance initiatives across Origence and its affiliated entities. This role serves as a bridge between Compliance and business stakeholders by translating regulatory requirements, managing implementation activities, coordinating cross-functional compliance efforts, and helping ensure regulatory obligations are effectively operationalized. Working under the direction of the Director of Compliance, this role supports regulatory change management, policy governance, compliance communications, privacy initiatives, examinations, and enterprise compliance programs through strong organization, communication, and execution.
