About The Position

We’re looking for a compliance professional who can identify opportunities to improve existing systems. The role owns and maintains certified management systems, leads internal audits and supports external certification and surveillance audits. The Compliance Specialist also serves as the Data Protection Officer, builds and improves policies, controls and risk assessments, and acts as the compliance contact for teams, clients and auditors.

Requirements

• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and GDPR in an IT company.
• Auditor certification for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001.
• Experience as a Data Protection Officer.
• A proactive and ownership-driven approach.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain certified management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 42001, as well as the TISAX assessment.
• Lead internal audits and support external certification and surveillance audits.
• Serve as the Data Protection Officer.
• Build and improve policies, controls and risk assessments.
• Act as the go-to person for compliance across teams, clients and auditors.
