The Compliance Specialist, Senior contributes to public safety through the planning, scheduling and/or execution of the annual General Order (GO) 165 and/or 95 patrol, inspection, and/or corrective maintenance program. Incumbents perform day-to-day activities such as work verification of standards, proper documentation, tag preparation and receipt, including delivering regular metrics reporting through SAP, and other department systems. Responsibilities include following all company and regulatory safety requirements, standards and best practices while promoting a safety culture, and ensuring compliance with the Wildfire Mitigation Plan for work in high fire threat districts (HFTD) and high fire consequence areas (HFCA). PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $102,000.00 Bay Area Maximum: $162,000.00
