About The Position
Pyramid Consulting is hiring a Compliance Specialist III for a 6+ month contract opportunity with long-term potential at an onsite pharmaceutical manufacturing location in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania. The role performs and supports audits to ensure manufacturing procedures comply with applicable regulations and quality standards. Work is performed under general supervision and reviewed for soundness of judgment and adequacy. The specialist contributes to organizational projects and initiatives and works with frequent internal and external contacts to facilitate compliance efforts.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in compliance and quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Ability to interpret complex documentation and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Experience with specific quality assurance tools and methodologies.
- Additional certifications in quality management or compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform audits necessary to ensure compliance of manufacturing procedures.
- Establish auditing requirements and quality standards in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance.
- Review documentation and complete inspections of returned goods.
- Contribute to organizational projects and goals and represent the organization on specific initiatives.
- Manage frequent internal and external contacts to facilitate compliance efforts.
