Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory environments
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements, including trade or import compliance
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Clear and confident communication with the ability to influence and guide others
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field
- Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale, or a regulated healthcare environment
- Advanced knowledge of trade compliance (HTS classification, customs regulations, valuation, country of origin)
- Experience leading compliance programs or cross-functional initiatives
Responsibilities
- Strengthen compliance programs by designing and enhancing policies that align with regulatory standards and support business growth
- Increase organizational readiness by conducting audits, identifying gaps, and driving timely corrective actions
- Reduce risk exposure by leading proactive risk assessments and implementing sustainable solutions
- Build trust and accountability by investigating compliance concerns and resolving issues with clarity and urgency
- Elevate team capability by delivering engaging training that builds compliance awareness and confidence
- Keep the organization ahead of change by translating complex regulatory updates into clear, actionable guidance
- Provide leadership insight by delivering concise, data-driven reporting to senior stakeholders
- Ensure seamless trade compliance by overseeing import regulations, tariff classifications, valuation, and documentation accuracy
- Support strategic progress by leading and contributing to key compliance initiatives and projects
