The CRA will provide broad compliance support while temporarily flexing into BSA/AML analyst fundings to meet operation needs, including periods of heightened BSA activity such as system conversions or program enhancements. Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, criminal justice, legal studies or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in banking compliance, BSA/AML, fraud or risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor member transactions and system reports to identify fraudulent activity.
  • Support compliance reviews, audits and examinations.
  • Prepare and assist with filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), and related BSA documentation in a timely manner.
  • Support compliance reviews, audits, and examinations by gathering documentation, performing testing and tracking corrective actions.
  • Support increased BSA/AML workload, including system conversions, processes, changes and staffing transitions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementation efforts.
