Requirements

Experience with risk assessment methodologies, compliance audits, and regulatory requirements, including DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP
Experience conducting risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to federal security and compliance mandates
Ability to assess programmatic risks, ensure compliance with DoD governance frameworks, and develop mitigation strategies
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Information Security, or 5+ years of experience in risk and compliance analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies, security control implementation, and program governance audits
Possession of excellent analytical and documentation skills
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP Certification
