About The Position

The Compliance Officer – Defined Focus provides highly specialized expertise in the assigned area of focus, Referral Law. The officer works collaboratively with leadership, staff, other compliance officers, and auditors to proactively consult and educate to support compliance with applicable laws and regulations. When compliance gaps are identified, the officer partners with responsible parties to develop corrective action plans to support ongoing compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Three years of experience in compliance, audit, healthcare, business, or the specific area of focus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.
Experience in real estate compliance.
Experience interpreting healthcare rules and regulations.
Experience in lease and contract auditing.
Experience with physician arrangements.
Certification in healthcare compliance, privacy, or the specific area of focus.

Responsibilities
