The Compliance Officer manages licensing and statutory filings; surety and bonding coordination; company and vendor prequalifications; contract intake and first-pass review support; lien notices and waivers; insurance administration and risk-management projects; federal contracting readiness; legal-matter documentation; safety compliance; recurring compliance items; and compliance-calendar maintenance. Contract ownership, negotiation, and execution remain with the Business Services Manager and Executive Leadership. The Administrative Assistant owns day-to-day fleet management, with the Compliance Officer providing support on fleet compliance items as needed. Applications, filings, prequalifications, bond requests, contract redlines, and lien recommendations require final approval from the Business Services Manager before submission or execution, except lien filings, which require written approval from the Business Services Manager or President.
