About The Position
Easter Seals TN is seeking a Compliance Manager to drive compliance and oversight for individuals and families across Tennessee. This newly created position reports to the Director of Compliance and will also assist the Compliance department with leadership and supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance as it relates to funding sources. Travel across Tennessee to support service sites is required weekly, with an average of about 6 overnights per year. The position will be based in either the Lebanon, Savannah, or Lexington, TN office.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 years of experience working with DDA and MCO fields.
- Must be available to travel weekly across TN to support service sites.
- Understanding of compliance as it relates to funding sources.
