About The Position

QTech Games is seeking a hands-on Compliance Manager to join their Legal & Compliance team. This role will support QTech’s international B2B iGaming operations across multiple jurisdictions. The Compliance Manager will manage day-to-day compliance matters, support licensing and market-entry projects, conduct operator and supplier due diligence, and help translate regulatory requirements into clear business actions. This is a specialized role focused on iGaming compliance, not general corporate compliance, and requires at least 2 years of hands-on iGaming compliance experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant compliance experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Good understanding of iGaming regulation, licensing and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
  • Experience with an operator, game supplier, platform, aggregator or content distributor.
  • Practical experience conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence.
  • Working knowledge of AML, sanctions, PEP and beneficial-ownership controls.
  • Ability to research regulatory requirements using reliable and official sources.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
  • A practical and commercially aware approach to compliance.
  • Confidence to take ownership, make recommendations and follow matters through to completion.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Other European languages would also be an asset.
  • Experience with Curaçao, the Philippines, Latin America or European gaming markets.
  • Experience with game certification and restricted-territory management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage regulatory applications, renewals, filings and compliance deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Conduct due diligence on operators, game suppliers, distributors and other business partners.
  • Review licences, ownership and UBO information, sanctions, PEPs, adverse media and related compliance risks.
  • Research new markets and prepare clear regulatory assessments and practical recommendations.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and communicate their impact to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with regulators, external counsel, corporate service providers and other advisers.
  • Review game certificates, regulatory approvals and restricted-territory requirements.
  • Work with Product and Technology teams to ensure regulatory restrictions are properly implemented.
  • Maintain compliance policies, risk assessments, registers, trackers and supporting records.
  • Support AML, sanctions and counterparty-risk control appropriate for a B2B iGaming business.
  • Provide regular compliance reporting and escalate material issues promptly.
  • Work closely with Legal, Commercial, Finance, Product, Technology and Account Management to support compliant business growth.
