About The Position

S&P Global has recently announced the intent to separate its Mobility Segment into a standalone public company. This role is based in Centreville, Virginia, with plans to relocate to Reston, Virginia, in 2026. The Mobility Global team is seeking a Compliance Lead Analyst to serve as a core execution and intake lead within its Compliance & Ethics (C&E) function during a critical stand‑up and spin‑out phase. This role is intentionally broad and hands‑on, combining front‑line compliance execution with operational rigor to ensure defensibility, consistency, and scalability. This position is ideal for an experienced compliance professional who enjoys being close to the work, exercising judgment within clear guardrails, and helping shape “how” compliance operates day‑to‑day in a growing organization. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, partner closely with colleagues across the enterprise, and design and translate compliance and ethics standards into practical, scalable solutions. Serve as a core member of the Compliance & Ethics team on matters of significance, building a foundational compliance and ethics program for a spin-off entity.

  • Strong judgment, problem solving, integrity, and ability to provide practical, risk‑based guidance.
  • Hands-on experience owning whistleblower hotlines and compliance and investigations case management systems (e.g., NAVEX EthicsPoint) strongly preferred.
  • A can-do attitude and comfort working independently and in ambiguity, with evolving processes and priorities and with performing other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and establish and build collaborative working relationships across Mobility Global.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-ready output.
  • Professional certifications such as CCEP, CFE or equivalent.

  • Provide day‑to‑day C&E advice and guidance on routine ethics and compliance questions; escalate or refer matters to Investigations, HR, Privacy, Regulatory Compliance, or Legal, as appropriate.
  • Serve as primary system owner for EthicsPoint (Navex) and related Compliance & Ethics disclosure platforms, including configuration, workflow governance, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Analyze and disposition pre‑clearance disclosures, including Conflicts of Interest, Gifts & Entertainment, and trading, coordinating with regulatory SMEs as needed.
  • Manage investigation and disclosure workflows in the case management system to ensure completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
