• Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in accounting in financial services or banking is preferred.
• Proficiency in Cleartouch, OnBase, various government and investor software/web portals is preferred.
• Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Compliance department by working on projects; assists with assigned tasks across the entire department including Risk Assessment reviews, Office of Foreign Assets Control tasks and reporting, quality control, compliance reviews, etc.
• Assists with general activities including but not limited to business continuity planning and administration, high-risk customer due diligence, Bank Secrecy Act compliance tasks and reporting, vendor management support, and any other activity required per the company’s mission.
• Performs other duties as assigned which may include any task required to support the company’s mission of providing quality financial services to our customers.
• Other duties as required.
