About The Position

The primary purpose of the Compliance – Intern is to assist the Compliance team with ensuring the Company and all of its subsidiaries are fully compliant with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as agency and investor requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• None required
• High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work as a self-starter
• Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow professionally
• General computer skills including Microsoft office

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain compliance issue tracking and documentation
• Assist with writing regulatory complaint responses
• Support Exam Management team to ensure timely responses to regulators and agency partners
• Help with documenting Enterprise Risk items to ensure consistency with business changes
• Performs other duties as assigned
