About The Position

Darling Ingredients is looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about corporate compliance and our company. The Intern will engage in various compliance work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity, structured to enable them to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform at a professional level. They will receive training and mentorship in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.

Requirements

• Current college student or recent graduate
• Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask
• Professionalism
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions
• Attend meetings
• Present final project or presentation as requested by supervisor
• All other duties assigned
