This internship offers a detail-oriented and motivated individual the opportunity to join the Compliance Team. It provides hands-on experience in corporate compliance operations, with a focus on third-party due diligence and internal clearance processes. The intern will support the Compliance Paralegal and the broader team in maintaining high standards of regulatory and ethical compliance. Learning outcomes include gaining practical experience in corporate compliance, developing skills in regulatory research, and exposure to real-world compliance workflows and issues. Interns will be mentored by experienced compliance professionals, participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, Political Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Monitor and track active third-party due diligence screening reports to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
Assist with Partner data access clearance updates and documentation.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in third-party due diligence and compliance.
Support Compliance with various administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, document review, and internal communications.
Help maintain organized records and databases related to compliance activities.
