About The Position

Goodwin & Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Compliance Inspector to inspect assigned communities for deed restriction violations. The inspector drives their own reliable vehicle through various communities and must maintain adequate, current automobile insurance. Mileage and toll fees are reimbursed. The role also includes processing and mailing violation notices, responding to customer calls and emails, administrative work, and attending monthly meetings. Most working time is spent driving, with work also conducted in a typical office environment. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Have a reliable vehicle and maintain adequate, current automobile insurance.
• Have a clean driving record and meet criminal background requirements.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Be able to navigate different application systems.
• Demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Have a pleasant, friendly attitude and be able to adapt to change.
• Demonstrate strong listening, multitasking, attention-to-detail, time-management, problem-resolution, and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

• Property management or homeowners association knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect properties within associations for deed restriction violations.
• Process and mail notices pertaining to deed restriction violations.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative responsibilities.
