About The Position

Goodwin & Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Compliance Inspector for a fast-growing company. The inspector drives through assigned communities to identify and document deed restriction violations. The role requires use of a personal vehicle, with current and adequate automobile insurance; mileage and toll fees are reimbursed. The position also includes processing and mailing violation notices, responding to customer inquiries, performing administrative duties, and attending monthly meetings. Most working time is spent driving, with some work in a typical office environment. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

Have a reliable vehicle and maintain adequate, current automobile insurance.
Have a clean driving record and meet criminal background requirements.
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Be able to navigate different application systems.
Demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office applications.
Have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Have a pleasant, friendly attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
Demonstrate strong listening, multitasking, attention-to-detail, time-management, problem-resolution, and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual.
Knowledge of property management or homeowners associations.

Responsibilities

Visually inspect properties within an Association for deed restriction violations.
Process and mail notices pertaining to deed restriction violations.
Answer customer phone calls and emails.
Perform miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities.
Attend monthly meetings.
