About The Position

Goodwin & Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Compliance Inspector to drive through assigned communities and document deed restriction violations. The role requires use of a reliable personal vehicle with adequate, current automobile insurance. Mileage and toll fees are reimbursed.

The position includes inspecting properties, processing and mailing violation notices, responding to customer calls and emails, handling miscellaneous administrative responsibilities, and attending monthly meetings. The work is spent mostly driving, with some time in a typical office environment. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Have a reliable vehicle and maintain adequate, current automobile insurance.
• Have a clean driving record and meet criminal background requirements.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Be able to navigate different application systems.
• Demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Have a pleasant, friendly attitude and be able to adapt to change.
• Demonstrate strong listening, multitasking, attention-to-detail, time-management, problem-resolution, and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

• Property management or homeowners association knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect properties within an Association for deed restriction violations.
• Process and mail notices pertaining to deed restriction violations.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails.
