The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico: We are seeking a Compliance Engineer Technician to join our team in Puerto Rico. This role will provide advanced incident support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, develop and leverage PowerShell scripting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable data protection solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with excellent communication and a solid understanding of data classification, networking, and Azure environments.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with hands-on troubleshooting and desktop support or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows PowerShell scripting
  • 2+ years of experience with Office 365
  • 2+ years of experience with Service Now
  • 2+ years of experience handling task tickets
  • Experience with data classification and protection as well as networking (Switches, routers, firewalls, gateways)

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Experience with AvePoint Compliance Guardian
  • Experience with Microsoft Government Community Cloud High (GCCH) environment
  • Experience with MIP/AIP/UL on mobile devices
  • Experience working with Azure Active Directory

Responsibilities

  • Level 2 to Level 4 incident support and leadership incident support associated with compliance labeling and O365 governance
  • Update knowledge base articles and other documentation regarding labeling best practices, and RTX proprietary tools created to leverage Unified Labeling
  • Troubleshoot Unified Labeling clients, and tools leveraging Unified Labeling
  • Use PowerShell scripts to troubleshoot issues pertaining to MIP/AIP/UL
  • Work with QA to ensure testing accurately measure the capabilities of products and services leveraging MIP/AIP/UL, Microsoft DLP, and O365 governance services
  • Attending vendor meetings to support MIP/AIP/UL and the services and products that utilize it
  • Track short and long term issues related to MIP/AIP/UL and related governance services
