About The Position

The Facility Services Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and enforcing compliance with wage, hour, and employment standards to protect both the company and its workforce.

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience working in a compliance role.
  • Experience conducting audits and investigations related to labor compliance.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of legal, risk management, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Self-motivated and strong at motivating others.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to assess situations and set priorities.
  • Strong problem solving ability.
  • Strong critical thinking skills; Ability to recognize third and fourth order effects of a catalyst event.
  • Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible, Adaptable and team oriented.
  • Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
  • High level of initiative and desire for continuous improvement
  • Familiar with Customer Relations, SCM, and PMP concepts
  • Successful candidates will be detailed and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility.
  • Ability to meet due dates for action items
  • Must be punctual and flexible working onsite.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field preferred not required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for any labor compliance policies and provide corrective actions
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with human resources, legal, and project management teams to address and resolve compliance issues
  • Conducting on-site interviews with employees to verify they are being paid correctly and classified properly.
  • Ensure proper craft classifications are reflected in payroll reporting
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and contractors to implement labor compliance programs and resolve any identified issues promptly
