The Compliance Coordinator provides support for compliance-related activities by organizing and maintaining compliance records, audits, and reports. The role requires a professional attitude and ethical behavior. Duties are typically performed in a professional office setting, with occasional work on or passage through the Casino Floor, where casino-related environmental factors such as secondhand smoke and excessive noise may be present. The employee regularly sits, uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaches with hands and arms, and talks or hears. The employee frequently stands and walks and occasionally lifts or moves up to 25 pounds. Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception. The employer gives hiring and employment preference to qualified members of the Seminole Tribe, followed by qualified members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes. Employment requires obtaining gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations before beginning work; checks may include credit and criminal background checks and a drug screen.
