We're hiring a Compliance Coordinator/Business Manager at SSTC in Yerington, NV, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. Requirements

  • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Auditing or a Bachelor's degree in related filed and one year of experience in auditing.
  • Be proficient in state specific Medicaid procedures.
  • Be able to learn the ROP systems and programs.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

  • Understands and implements all licensing requirements per state guidelines.
  • Attends all integrated monitoring by the ROP Quality Assurance Team and Licensing agencies.
  • Conducts internal, monitoring, auditing and periodic risk assessments to ensure all employees are trained and aware of all licensing, state and federal regulations including PREA.
  • Oversees the program CQI PROCESS.
  • Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops corrective action plans.
  • Administers a comprehensive program to ensure regulatory and licensing compliance.
  • Completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner, provides management with required reports and advises of any problematic situations.
  • Serves as a member of the Quality Assurance Team and Safety Committee.
  • Implements file management and business systems. Manages the maintenance of the site records in a secure comprehensive file system.
  • Provides direction and assistance to the site regarding business issues.
  • Maintains licenses, leases and legal compliance essential for site operations.
  • Complies with and implements the Rite of Passage Policies and Procedures as manuals/handbooks.
  • Models and ensures all program norms are upheld without compromise.
