About The Position

This is an entry-level compliance auditor role for college graduates who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career. The role involves reviewing employer payroll records to ensure participants receive the benefit contributions promised in their labor contract. While the work can be repetitive, it is crucial for the application process and the amount retirees ultimately receive. Several auditors are being hired for an upcoming training class.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred), or associate degree + equivalent work experience
• Able to juggle and prioritize workloads
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Attentive to details with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
• Proficient in Word & Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
• A confident and willing traveler with an excellent driving record

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze payroll records to ensure compliance with appropriate contracts
• Complete data entry and document errors/omissions using proprietary audit software
• Write weekly status updates for each audit performed
• Effectively communicate with clients, asking appropriate questions and summarizing audit results
• Contribute to the overall team effort by meeting production standards (measured by KPI)
