Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or two years contract compliance and Vendor Relations-related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of both
- A high level of analytical skills, project management and accounting experience
- The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%

- Previous knowledge of transportation industry, preferred
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contract regarding qualification needs for Regional Service Providers and other providers of transportation and delivery services.
- Act as a liaison between the operations personnel and vendors providing services on behalf of the Company.
- Assist in the prevention and resolution of various disputes between Company and Regional Service Providers and vendors.
- Perform periodic inspections on all contractual compliance and qualification items relating to Insurance, DOT/FMCSA, Business Licenses, DMV Permits, etc.
- Train and inform OnTrac personnel on both proper methods of communication with RSPs and assist with contract knowledge.
- Heavy communication with both Operations and RSPs ensuring contract compliance; ensuring strong, legal business relationships.
- Communicate all findings and recommend courses of action with appropriate individuals
- The ability to function independently in a multi-tasked environment.
