Compliance and Risk Manager
About The Position
Family HealthCare is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Compliance and Risk Manager to help lead its compliance and risk management programs. The role ensures regulatory requirements are met, identifies and reduces potential risks, and promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The manager works closely with leadership and staff to support the organization's mission of providing quality healthcare to the communities it serves. This is a full-time, onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule. An ideal candidate has experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, or related operations, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A healthcare background is preferred.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or related operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
