About The Position
Family HealthCare is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Compliance and Risk Manager to help lead the organization’s compliance and risk management programs. The role ensures regulatory requirements are met, identifies and reduces potential risks, and promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The manager works closely with leadership and staff to support the organization’s mission of providing quality healthcare to the communities it serves. This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or related operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Background in healthcare, compliance, business, or a related field preferred.
- Healthcare background preferred.
- Clinical background is a plus.
- Knowledge of HRSA and 340B programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
