The Compliance Analyst is responsible for helping strengthen and maintain the Company’s compliance management system within the debt settlement industry. This role supports the ongoing monitoring, testing, and improvement of compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry regulations, while partnering cross functionally to embed compliant practices into daily business operations.
