About The Position
We are seeking a diligent Investment Analyst to assist with migrating legacy Gifts and Entertainment data into a new compliance module. This role involves supporting testing, rollout, user documentation, and organizing compliance records to meet data retention requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, audit, and accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Administrator support and documentation skills.
- Degree in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities
- Migrate legacy Gifts and Entertainment data into the new ComplySci module.
- Assist with testing, rollout support, and create user documentation for new processes.
- Organize and classify compliance records to support data retention requirements.
- Clean up shared compliance data repositories to improve consistency, accessibility, and governance.
- Support administrative aspects of the expanded personal trading monitoring process, including managing consent letters, broker follow-ups, and ensuring proper capture of account information in ComplySci.
