About The Position

The Compliance Analyst works closely with the Compliance Team to organize, manage, and support the firm’s compliance efforts. These efforts are centered on responding to client requests for information about the firm's capabilities, projects, policies and practices, and IT/data security infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of substantive relevant experience required.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are critical.
  • Must take initiative, assume ownership of tasks and workload, and seek opportunities to learn.
  • Must have strong customer service skills and superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to organize and work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize projects, meet deadlines and be flexible in order to respond to shifting demands from colleagues and clients.
  • Must exhibit good judgment and ability to be trusted with confidential information.
  • Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a compliance department or professional services industry.
  • Paralegal certificate or experience as a paralegal preferred.
  • Project and/or process management experience valued.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, preferred.
  • An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests for information, including understanding the scope, analyzing questions, evaluating similar prior inquiries, drafting responses, collecting additional information, and submitting the final response.
  • Create, update, and maintain a database of questionnaire and RFI responses within AG’s software, identifying and cataloging model responses.
  • Ensure completion of AG-required training by AG employees, including monitoring new hire and annual training, and following up with employees who do not complete training.
  • Manage client-specific requests for training of Analysis Group (AG) staff, including tracking requests, determining staff subsets, ensuring training completion, and documenting training.
  • Assist in the due diligence of third parties engaged by AG, including checking against ineligibility lists and maintaining status tracking.
  • Manage client requests for compliance with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including tracking cases, ensuring teams receive training, and enhancing documentation and monitoring systems.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as email filing, team task tracking, locating information, and maintaining team knowledge share.
